Copyright and Takedown Policy
Funnel Library by DTC Daily · funnels.dtcdailynews.com
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. About this policy
The Funnel Library displays advertising content from public ad transparency libraries, such as the Meta Ad Library, and publicly available landing pages. Third-party ads and creatives are displayed as previews for monitoring, research and analytical purposes, and rights are to their respective owners. DTC Daily does not claim ownership of them.
We respect the rights of copyright holders and brand owners. This policy explains how to ask us to remove content, how to respond if your content was removed, and how advertisers can ask us to remove their brand.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
Send your notice by email to marketing@dtcdaily.news with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request", or by post to NexaSky FZCO, 21-C Silver Tower, Cluster I, JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Your notice must include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work, such as its URL, title or publication details;
- the direct URL of each item on the Funnel Library you believe infringes (the landing-page or brand address on funnels.dtcdailynews.com), and a screenshot if possible;
- your full name, mailing address, email address and phone number;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or other confidential information.
Notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act must contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3).
3. Review and takedown timelines
- We aim to acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours.
- For a valid and complete notice, we aim to act within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Action may include removing the content, restricting access to it, or contacting you for more information.
- These are service targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
4. Counter-notification
If content you are responsible for was removed and you believe this was a mistake, email marketing@dtcdaily.news with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notification". Your counter-notification must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification;
- your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address; and
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their representative.
Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, removed material may be restored generally 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Remove my brand
Copyright holders and brand owners may ask us to remove their ads and landing pages from the Funnel Library. Email marketing@dtcdaily.news with the subject line "Remove my brand" and include:
- the brand name and its website;
- the Funnel Library brand page address (funnels.dtcdailynews.com/brands/…), if you have it;
- your name, role and contact details, sent from an email address at the brand's domain where possible; and
- a statement that you are the brand owner or authorised to act for it.
We follow the same timelines as in section 3. When we act on a valid request, we remove the brand's ads and landing pages from the library and stop adding new content for that brand.
6. Repeat infringers
Sources that receive repeated valid complaints may have new content from them stopped and their content permanently removed. We may also restrict or terminate the access or privileges of users who are repeat infringers, where appropriate.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f). Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading complaints or counter-notifications may have legal consequences.
